127 W. Summit St. Mohnton, PA. 19540 U.S.A. (Family Search ID LBB1-4XQ, my 5th cousin four times removed) Message: Here we are in Dubrovnik after a week in north Yugoslavia. The modern building on the extreme right of this card is the Hotel Excelsior we are staying at. At the extreme left of the card is the old fortified part of the city begun in the 600 A.D. They built them to last in those days. We have had some interesting trips in the area we had not visited in '76, but today we visited a small village at the top of a high mountain. Lot of scary riding in a big bus over narrow windy roads with no guardrail and big drop-offs. But that's what we are paying for. Bob & Mary York(?) AboutAfter purchasing a large lot of postcards I became fascinated! The idea that these messages are from over 100 years ago is amazing and I wanted a way to preserve and share them. Archives
